Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Action Poker Network (APN). APN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of APN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.
Players are eligible to play in these satellite tournaments by paying the buy–in for the event.
This package is non–transferable and non–exchangeable. If you win, you must participate in the event or forfeit the package.
Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player’s APN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the prize will be void.
This "Clash of the Titans" promotion runs from Monday 28th July 2008 until Sunday 23th November 2008.
The Final Event will be played Sunday 23th November 2008 at 5pm EST.
The Final Event will run on a freeze out basis with no re–buys or add–ons available.
The Final Event will be eligible to players who have successfully won a place through Clash of the Titans "Battles" or "Chariots of Fire". Alternatively players can buy in to the Final Event up to close of registration for $100 + $10 administration fees.
All qualifying tournaments and the Final Event will be No Limit Hold’em.
Strict rules regarding player behavior during the course of the promotion will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person involved in the promotion/subsequent events attended by the winner, or any other behavior that APN, in their sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct during the course of the promotion/winning event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the promotion/winning event as a result of any rules infraction, APN assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
By participating in the promotion you grant APN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
The "Clash of the Titans" winners will be contacted within 24 hours from the completion of tournament in order to confirm their prize and make the necessary arrangements to award this to them.
The winner must have flight availability for any date specific trip prizes awarded in the tournament. Date specific trips are non–transferable.
The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and visa documents.
The winner must be 21 years of age to play/participate in the promotion/winning event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) and validated e–mail address.
The winner agrees to actively participate in APN promotional and publicity activities related to this promotion and to exclusively wear APN promotional items if participating in APN poker competition prizes including, but not exclusively limited to, APPT Sydney, EPT Prague and WPT Boot Camp.
You confirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your APN account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the promotion/winning event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification from, or forfeiture of, the promotion’s packages.
If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided in the APN registration forms, APN reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
No player may have more than one APN account. If APN detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra account will be removed.
APN reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without warning.
Tournament currencies are for the life of the tournament and expire after the final event on Sunday 23th November 2008.

SIT N GO TOURNAMENTS...

Sit n Go Tournaments
A Sit n Go tournament is one with 2-10 players which starts immediately after the required number of players for that particular tournament is satisfied.
Each player begins the tournament with the exact same amount of chips. There are both Limit and No Limit Hold’em Sit n Go tournaments. Panguingue Sit n Go tournaments are also available. Play continues until one player has all of the chips. When this occurs the prizes are awarded according to the prize payout for that particular tournament.
Rules
Any player is eligible to enter into a Sit n Go tournament, providing they are able to pay the buy-in.
All Sit n Go tournaments are played until 1 player player has all of the chips.
All Sit n Go tables will begin 30 seconds after the final person has registered.
The blinds are determined by the button and the first to act pre flop.
There will be no breaks, all Poker tournaments continue until one player holds all the chips.
When a player loses all their chips they are declared out of the tournament and finish in the order they were eliminated. Example: In a 10 player tournament if you are the third player eliminated, you are declared as finishing in 8th place.
If more than one player is eliminated in the same hand, the player with the most chips before the hand started finishes higher. In the case where both players also have the same amount of chips before the hand, both players will tie for the position. If there is a tie between two or more players, the prizes they qualify for are split evenly between all tied players. For example, if two players tie for 2nd place, each player receives 50% of the second place prize and 50% of the third place prize.
TigerGaming.com will not assist in any deals among players during or after poker tournaments. Poker tournaments continue until there is one declared winner and the payoffs will be exactly according to the prize pay out structure.
All players will play with all their chips until either they lose all their chips or win the tournament.
During play in any of the poker tournaments, if a player loses their connection and does not re-connect or does not act, their hands are automatically folded and their blinds are posted automatically when it is their turn until they return. Eventually the player is "blinded out" if they do not re-connect back to the poker tournaments table.
Players must understand and accept the risk of internet disconnections, as they can and do occur. If a player is not connected before a hand starts, they will be dealt cards and then folded automatically. If they are required to post a blind and are not connected, their blind is posted automatically and their hand folded. Again, this continues until the player is fully connected and back in the poker tournaments or until the player is out of the tournament.
In the rare and unlikely event of a server problem, all poker tournaments in play during the problem are deemed as cancelled. Once the server re-starts, we will refund the full Buy-In and entry fee of each poker player that was still in the tournaments at the time. In addition, each of these players will share in the prize pool accumulated from the players that were already eliminated from the poker tournaments. This payout is based on the player's proportion of chips compared to all other remaining players. This resolution treats all players fairly. If a player was eliminated from any of the poker tournaments before the server problem, they are considered "out of the tournament" and do not receive an entry fee refund or any portion of the prize pool.
In case of disputes, TigerGaming.com's management decision will be final.
